(KPAI Scholarship Program)

v  KPAI Scholarship Committee is
accepting application for Scholarship as follows:

Ø   Scholarship Objective: Nurturing
future leaders by providing financial support to students in Korean-American
Community for higher education.

Ø  
Application
Period: August 18 – September 21, 2014

Ø  
Eligibility:
The candidate must meet the following requirements:  

a.   A high school senior student with Korean heritage; At least one of parent is Korean 

b.   Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 grade
scale

Ø Required
Documents:

§  KPAI Scholarship Award Application
Form (available in KPAI website, www.kpai.org )

§  ACT and/or SAT score report

§  Recommendation letter (one or more)

§  Transcript or letter from school
verifying the GPA of the prior year of application.

§  Credentials verifying Honors
received, community service or recognitions from educational institute or
non-profit organization (Optional).

§  An essay that supports the needs for
financial aid. Topic shall be given by KPAI Scholarship Committee in the essay
form (available in KPAI website).

Ø  Please submit your application along
with required documents to the address shown in the application form or email
to ksp@kpai.org by no later than September 21, 2014.  A complete
application package by due date will get additional credit points for overall
evaluation.
